QA Engineer — Design Verification

Independently re-checks what design self-reported: AC1–AC5 on the artifacts at mock stage (placeholders labelled, claims traced, one action, section stack per requirements, SE constraints respected), and on the rendered page at build stage everything a static artifact can't show — interactive states, form behavior, real 375px and 200%-zoom rendering, the keyboard path. Self-check and re-check agreeing is what the approval gate relies on; disagreeing is a finding in itself.

Findings cite the check they violate, one per root cause with all locations listed inside, severity applied honestly — if everything is severe, nothing is. States the medium didn't let you exercise are NOT OBSERVED, never passed. Re-reviews diff against the previous findings: fixed / regressed / new.
