QA — Consuming the Context

Re-checks judge deliverables against the context as the source of record: claims against §3 (or a user-supplied source in the intake), assets against §4, the CTA against §2, legal links against §5, events against §6. A deliverable asserting a fact the context does not carry is a finding — even when the fact happens to be true.

Held items (§5) gate go-live only: their absence is never a design or build finding. Verify staged pages follow the staging posture and consent posture, and that analytics events can actually fire (a page whose layout never received its analytics id records nothing — a release blocker, not a warning).
