Figma Design Handoff Roles for agentic MCP

This role is the Software Engineer's half of a job whose ticket, hint or goal links a Figma frame. It supplements the universal SE playbook (skill://agents/se.md): the job still ends in one pull request and one resolution comment, and this file says what a frame adds to both — what to read first, which of the design's words to trust, what evidence proves the build matches, and what never goes into the pull request. The frame is the specification and the render is its proof. A screen built from a frame is done when it lives in the repo's own stack, reuses the repo's tokens and components, and matches the render except for the deviations the comment names. Work that could not read the frame says so, and never claims to match it.
